About the Kevin Caskey Team
Kevin Caskey is a top performing Realtor earning the coveted President’s Elite sales award status for the past two years, ranking him among the top one percent nationally.
Kevin first started in the real estate business in 1974. He quickly learned and mastered the skills necessary to become a top producing agent for a large mid-west company and later owned and operated his own real estate company. During this time Kevin also gained four years of mortgage banking experience and holds a Washington State Insurance license. In addition, Kevin also earned Washington State accreditation to teach mortgage financing classes for real estate license continuing education requirements. Kevin has trained and mentored numerous successful real estate agents during his career. He continues learning and developing new skills and strives to exceed his client’s expectations by providing the best possible service.

While not working long hours providing top-notch real-estate services to clients, Kevin enjoys climbing mountains, hiking and camping in the beautiful local Northwest mountain ranges. Kevin also enjoys photography and has a strong passion for capturing natural environments and small woodland creatures on film, at which point he typically digitally manipulates the images and superimposes animal faces on to pictures of friends and family. Mythical creatures such as "squirrel-boy" and "chipmunk-Dave" were actually the handiwork of Kevin's amazing photography, superb photo-editing skills, and slightly disturbed imagination.
Kevin has a passion for real-estate and customer service. Clients and friends appreciate his direct approach and helpfulness throughout what can be a daunting process of buying or selling a home. Kevin believes that honesty and patience are important virtues, and anticipation of all possibilities can save a great deal of time and help clients avoid problems throughout the transaction process.

Matt Edington - Licenced Assistant and Technology Guy
Matt handles general tasks and is also responsible for most of the technological aspects of Kevin's marketing, database, and online systems. Aside from regularly resetting the cable modem, Matt created this website, the virtual tour system that is used for all Kevin's listings and is also in charge of creating, and keeping the websites and listings updated and looking beautiful. Matt has a background in software development at a certain software company in Redmond, as well as being a musician, audio engineer, licensed TEFL teacher, and fluent in Thai. Matt has the distinction of being the only member on the Kevin Caskey team who has ridden on an elephant and a water buffalo in the jungles of Cambodia.
